The minimum health fund benefit must be $180 or more.
A gap fee will apply where the health fund benefit is less than $180.
Health fund claiming is processed via HICAPS on the day of treatment.

011 – Comprehensive oral examination
114 – Removal of calculus
121 – Topical application of remineralisation agents, one treatment
022 – Intraoral radiograph -per exposure x2
037 – Panoramic radiograph

For Existing (Repeat) Patients

012 – Periodic oral examination
114 – Removal of calculus
121 – Topical application of remineralisation agents, one treatment
022 – Intraoral radiograph -per exposure x2
037 – Panoramic radiograph (once per year, not every six months)
